Cancellation-Refund Policy

At Piccosoft Software Labs India (P) Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality software development and services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Service Cancellation
1.1 Customers may cancel services before project initiation to receive a full refund.
1.2 Once the project is initiated, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
1.3 Monthly contract-based services can be cancelled anytime, with termination effective at the end of the billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds will be processed only if a service is not delivered as agreed upon.
2.2 Refunds will not be granted for completed milestones in development projects.
2.3 In the case of technical errors or duplicate payments, refunds will be issued after verification.
2.4 Refund processing time: 7-14 business days.
