2.1 All content, software, and intellectual property provided through our Services are owned by Piccosoft Software Labs India (P) Limited. However, for custom software development projects, the source code and deliverables are handed over to the respective client upon completion as per the agreed terms.
2.2 Piccosoft Software Labs India (P) Limited does not reuse, share, or repurpose client-specific source code, even if another project has similar requirements.
2.3 You may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property, except as permitted under a written agreement. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without written consent.
3. Payment & Billing
3.1 All payments for services must be made through authorized payment methods.
3.2 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
5. Termination
5.1 We may terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms.
Yes, we do assign dedicated resources, on demand. Dedicated resources will work exclusively and full-time on your project only.
Of course, we can set up a technical team for your Start-up with a Designer, Developers, Architect and Testers.
