Recruiter Job Tracking System keeps track of job applicants through the process of recruitment, right from shortlisting resumes, calling candidates for interview, interview processes, until the selection of applicants. The Recruiters can track the status of the job applicants with regard to number of rounds of interviews cleared, and selection and rejection. The recruiter can generate reports for the same. The system also enables maintaining an organization hierarchy in the recruitment department, wherein, if a recruiter generates a report, the senior person in the hierarchy may login to the system to view the report.
