Requirements Gathering
We conduct acollective discussion with the client to understand the background and key business objectives that they are expecting from the application. Based on these discussions, we identify possible features and functionality in the application that can offer valuable solutions and streamline the entire business process.
Project Planning
After gathering the requirements, Piccosoft recommends team structure, technology platform and development process to be followed along with the milestones and estimates for various activities. Once the customer signs-off on the contract, the development and execution phase begins.
Design/Architecture
In this stage, the team prepares detailed architecture designs, class diagrams, entity relationship diagrams and database designs and wireframes, meeting the standards of project requirements.
Development
Post the design/architecture stage, the development of code commences, ensuring the quality of code matching the industry best practice. We also see that the codes are readable and easily maintainable. After completion of every module, we forward the same to the quality testing.
Quality Testing
Once the application is ready, the Quality Assurance team tests the application using the best methodologies.
Support and Maintenance
Piccosoft offers six months free support after the development stage. Later also, we do offer support services upon signing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
